ASTER DRESS - MARKET PATCHWORK

Description

The Aster Dress is a sleeveless, maxi length, sun dress or gown if you want to be a little bit fancy! 

The print was inspired by a colour strike off we got from our printer of all the prints in the collection. We thought it was so cool we made it into its own pattern. 

It has spaghetti straps in a contrasting stripe that are fully adjustable. The bodice is a babydoll cut with a shirred panel at the back to help with fit. The bodice is designed to be fitted to balance the volume and length of the skirt. 

The skirt is maxi length and floaty, with lots of volume in the bottom half for maximum 'twirl' factor. The dress also has an invisible side zip to help with changing. 

The Aster Dress is made out of a silk cotton and is fully lined in cotton. Both very lightweight  

Fit Notes

Fitting true to size. Straps are adjustable to help bodice sit correctly at your bust. You can go up a size if you want an oversized fit/loose bodice.

The bust has a shirred panel at the back of the bodice. This helps with fit and allows up to 15cm of stretch

Ina wears a S. She is 179cm tall with a bust of 83cm. She wears an AU 8 in most brands. The S was the sample on the day, we would recommend an XS

Anastasia wears a S. She is 175cm with a bust of 89cm. She wears a 8-10 in most brands

Jess wears a 2XL, she is 173cm tall with a bust of 120cm. She wears an AU 18-20 in most clothing.

Garment Measurements

There is a shirred panel at the back of the bodice to help the dress fit your bust measurement/stretched to your measurement. Please note the +15cm stretch notes below.

e.g. Penny has a bust of 92cm, she would take the S.

The length is adjustable as there are sliders on the strap. The length measurement given is from the the top of the bodice to the end of the skirt.

XSMALL (AU 8-10) - Bust 77cm (+ 15cm stretch), Length 111.5cm
SMALL (AU 10-12) - Bust 82cm (+ 15cm stretch), Length 112cm
MEDIUM (AU 12-14) - Bust 87m (+ 15cm stretch), Length 113.5cm
LARGE (AU 14-16) - Bust 95.5cm (+ 15cm stretch), Length 114cm
XLARGE (AU 16-18) - Bust 102cm (+ 15cm stretch), Length 115cm
2XLARGE (AU 18-20) - Bust 109m (+ 15cm stretch), Length 115.5cm
3XLARGE (AU 20-22) - Bust 117.5cm (+ 15cm stretch), Length 116cm
